ABOUT

Dr. Ron Allen was born in Dalton, GA in 1975. His family believed that life was about the journey, not the destination. Therefore, his childood was rich with experiences to include several moves to Hawaii, Ohio, Kentucky, and eventually settling into the North Knoxville community in Tennessee. After graduating from Fulton High School, he enlisted in the US Army, which took him to South Korea, Alabama, Lousiana, and Clarksville, TN. 

After a 4 year enlistement, he attended Bible Seminary in Graham, WA, where he met his wife Melody. They served on the Pastoral team in North Carolina, until God had other plans. He enlisted again with the US Army, which took him to Tennessee, South Korea, Kentucky, and Iraq. After another 6 year enlistement, Melody and Ron planted a church in Tennessee, until God had other plans. He began his Football coaching career in 2011, which eventually took him to Washington and Texas. 

He currently coaches High School football in Washington, and devotes his time to writing books that highlight the nature of God as a loving, intimately involved Father. Melody serves on the Pastoral team at Global Church, WA, and has preached the Gospel in 4 different countries. They have 2 children, Vanessa and James. 

Dr. Ron's education includes an MRC in Biblical Studies, AS in Computer Programming, BS in Psychology, MS in Psychology, and a PhD in Human Behavior.
